4. INSPIRATION PHOTOS & FILE UPLOADS
Customers may have the option to provide inspiration photographs or other files to communicate cake designs, colors, themes, or preferences.
These materials are used primarily to understand and fulfill your request.
Please do not upload photographs or files containing unnecessary confidential, sensitive, or identifying information.
Submitting an inspiration photograph does not grant bakedbyAma ownership of third-party intellectual property depicted in that photograph and does not guarantee exact replication of another creator's work.
5. PAYMENTS & PAYMENT PROCESSORS
bakedbyAma does not currently process customer payments directly through bakedbyama.com.
After an order inquiry has been reviewed and accepted, bakedbyAma may issue the customer an invoice or payment request through Square or another payment method expressly communicated by bakedbyAma.
When paying through Square, payment information necessary to complete the transaction is provided directly to Square and is processed according to Square's applicable privacy, security, and payment practices.
bakedbyAma does not directly collect or store complete payment-card information processed through Square.
We may receive and retain transaction-related information such as:
